"I chartered Black Beard for a day while staying in St. John at Caneel Bay. Brian was great explaining the boat and making the reservation over the phone. He set us up with a captain who was a really nice guy. My wife and I had the entire boat to ourselves....and hope to bring other family members back some day. Black Beard is a nice looking boat and very comfortable. You can easily get off the back into the water unlike some other boats I looked at. We hit Tortola in order to clear customs and then headed over to Jost Van Dyke and a few other cool spots (bubbling pool). We had lunch at Foxy's and then hung out at the Soggy Dollar beach. The wind was a brisk that day, so we stayed away from the long drive to "the baths". Because there is a lot of seating, the boat can comfortably hold 6-10 depending upon kids/adults."
